Our enquiry form asks for your name, mobile number, optional email, delivery address, meal selections, schedule and food preferences. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, payment card details or other sensitive information.

How enquiries work

The form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. Your enquiry reaches MY HOME FOOD only when you send it in WhatsApp. The website does not maintain an enquiry database or save your form entries in browser storage. WhatsApp processes messages under its own terms and privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use enquiry and order details to respond, confirm serviceability, plan meals, arrange delivery, resolve issues and maintain necessary business records. Relevant delivery details may be shared with the person delivering your order. We do not sell your personal information.

Contact and marketing choices

Submitting an enquiry requests contact about that enquiry or order. It does not subscribe you to promotional messages. Any promotional communication requires separate permission. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time.
