Delivery policy

Where we deliver

We operate from Roopena Agrahara, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru. Delivery depends on your precise address, road route and kitchen capacity. Share your full address and PIN code for confirmation before payment.

Delivery windows

Breakfast: 9:00 AM–11:00 AM. Lunch: 2:00 PM–4:00 PM. Dinner: 8:00 PM–11:00 PM. All times are Indian Standard Time. These are delivery windows; an exact delivery minute is not guaranteed.

One-day advance orders

All orders must be placed at least one day before delivery. Same-day orders are not accepted. Meal slots and delivery dates are confirmed on WhatsApp before payment.

Delivery charges

Delivery costs ₹3 per kilometre in both directions, per trip. For example, a 3 km one-way road distance creates a 6 km round trip costing ₹18. A ₹96 standard meal would therefore total ₹114 for that delivery. Multiple meal slots generally require separate trips. Any combined office delivery arrangement is confirmed separately.

Address and availability

Provide a correct address, landmark and reachable phone number. Please be available during your confirmed window and share building access instructions. Any redelivery arrangements or extra charges must be agreed first.

Delays or unsuccessful deliveries

Traffic, weather or building access can cause delays. We will communicate known material delays using your contact details. Contact us if a meal has not arrived by the end of its window. If we cannot fulfil the delivery, the cancellation and refund policy applies.

After delivery

Consume your freshly prepared meal promptly. If it will not be eaten promptly, handle and refrigerate it safely as appropriate for the food. If food appears damaged or unsafe, do not consume it and contact us immediately.
